3 Easy Solutions To Yeast Infection Itchy Legs

It can be horribly annoying to have a yeast infection itchy legs. Here are 3 easy solutions to help you get rid of that itching and find some relief. These are easy to use and work wonders for anyone who is dealing with this issue.

The first solution to yeast infection itchy legs is to take three cloves of fresh garlic and place them in two quarts of water. Put this on the stove on high heat until it boils. Once it boils, let it sit for about five minutes off of the heat. Now, add two teaspoons of epsom salt to the mixture. Rub this on your legs a few times a day.

The second solution is to go to the store and get some aloe vera. Lotion will work fine, however, the more aloe vera there is and the more pure the solution is the better. The cool, smooth texture of aloe vera helps ease the itching, not to mention how great it feels on the skin and how good it is for complexion and skin health.

The final solution is to get some peppermint extract and place a few drops in a warm to hot bath. Soak in this solution for a while and it will help ease the itching. I can't tell you exactly how many drops you will need to use as I don't know how much water you are using or how big your tub is. Adjust the amount to your liking and needs.

The reality of yeast infection and itchy legs though is that these solutions only help with the annoying itch. It doesn't cure the infection. You will need to find a natural solution to cure the fungus in your body. Even over the counter drugs won't cure the problem completely. It may get rid of it on your legs, however, you will still have the fungus growing in your body and it will come back.
